dNaNo Home Circuit

My newest toy: dNaNo Home Circuit.

Yea, really got addicted since I stepped into this small r/c car world. I bought this from Kyosho Japan and shipped it from Japan, and I actually kinda regret to buy it at first (haha. I guess I was not thinking when I ordered it, but not until I found out how heavy it was and did not count the shipping fee… haha.. It is little bit too big for my living room 2m x 3.5m).

Anyway, it finally arrived yesterday, and I love it (even though I still prefer not to order at first place because i am sure my wife will complaint how big it is! haha). This is a small track, but enough for training my R/C control skill with dNaNo. Assembling is easy, basically just plug and play. It also comes with nice sticker and Goal light pole to decorate the track. and I guess it should be enough to run a mini-z on it… i guess having a death match for 2 cars is ok. 😛

So what will be next? pull my friends to have fun with me on this race track. 🙂 Poison them. 😛 haha.

dNaNo

Last week I finally got a chance to visit Kyosho dNaNo store, and bought some minor upgrade on my Motul Autech Z 2007 – Ball Bearings and Ball Diff. It was very easy to upgrade with those, just the annoying part is dealing with those tiny screws. and of course, the fun part in Kyosho dNaNo store is the racing track and I was able to meet many “cHing” (some experienced racers) in there and they have taught me a lot what to upgrade my dNaNo.

Here is the video I found on youtube while those “cHing” playing in Kyosho dNaNo store:

My dNano

_DSC9341

Those little RC cars really got me addicted. This time, I bought a dNano, a 1/43 RC car, which is smaller than mini-z. Beside doing some of my programming stuffs, I have been reading and studying about mini-z. I also got a chance to go to one of the mini-z track in Hong Kong. Of course, my skill could not compare to those racers (I was like driving a bumper car *^_^*; ) and thank you to one of them who has taught me a lot of what I should modify my mini-z in order to control it better on their track. After playing on the real track, I realized I really need to do some engineering study for car, such as toe-in, camber angle, ball diff. etc. (before I only knew I have to buy them, but no idea why I need them *-_-*;) It is a really amazing small toy…

Light Decoration for my MR-03

Bought Atomic Mini-Z Micro Light System, and just installed on my AE86 body. It is pretty cool, but actually I am more into the real decoration that will show brake light, and seem kyosho has one. Anyway, still bright up the little MR-03 🙂

Here are two pictures I took.. trying to make it cool, but can’t cause trying to drive a car and took them at the same time. Next time I will find someone to help meto set up and use a zoom len to make some really cool pictures 😉
