美得過火 Over Beautiful?

Today I read the news and just learnt this word “美得過火” – super beautiful – a word that has been used to describe very beautiful girls in their duties or jobs such as “Super beautiful dentist” or “Super beautiful veterinary”.
Don’t really know how to translate this in English.. Probably it is “Over Beautiful” or “Super beautiful”?
What the news said is there is a very beautiful veterinary from Taiwan is getting “Hot”(popular) in Japan, and she has been called as “Super beautiful veterinary” in Japan. Of course I did a search on this beauty. Not bad. oh well, yea, she is pretty. Or in my opinion, she is hot
