Bleach Bypass

Saw a really cool Bleach Bypass image on internet, and I want to make my own, but I still have no idea what picture and environment will be the best for the effect. Trying trying.. 
This picture is made with Nik software Color Efex Pro with Bleach Bypass filter. The outcome is just ok… still not satisfy what I want.
