One of my mission for this trip was visiting Waseda University. I met someone from Waseda University 10 years ago, and at that time I already wanted to visit Waseda. My life has go through a lot of things, but as I said, finally I came here after 10 years.
First, I took a local train because the station to Waseda was very close to my place I stayed. it only took me about 10 minutes to get to Waseda Station.
Waseda University is a very lovely college. I kinda loved it. There were couple museums on campus. One of the museum was a very old building, and every step I put my foot on the floor, a very loud “wood” sound would come out. I had to walk carefully since I did not want to make too much sound (but then later a big group of visitors here, so noise was covered 🙂 ) It was a lovely building.
I am sure I will visit Waseda University again if I will go to Tokyo. I love the academic environment and feeling toward me around it. I also hope that I will see my friend if possible, but already lost contact for 10 years.. LOL
