Uncle’s Family

I went to my uncle and cousin’s birthday dinner last night. It was a Japanese buffet style dinner. I still have problem using flash for taking good pictures, so most of time I just turned ISO to 3200 and with large aperture. Actually, there were so many noise, but on the other hand, those noise actually sometimes gave another kind of feeling from the pictures. Like this one, I took for my uncle’s family right after dinner at the entrance of the restaurant. The thickness actually gave me another kind of feeling instead of sharpness. I actually like it.

A Cermony

This was taken at some kind of Chinese ceremony in Shantou, China. I did not really know what was going on, but there were so many people, and my dad just showed me what to do.

This place was my dad’s hometown, and the temple that held the ceremony actually saved my dad’s and uncle’s life when they were teen. Compare to them, most of us are so lucky, and lucky enough not being involved in any war or culture revolution that costed so many life in the past. Wish everyone appreciates everyday.

Bike

What attract me about taking pictures is I can show the beauty from my point of view that other people may not see. I took this picture because I think the bike was a beauty. Do you think so? Furthermore, I was trying to show it in more 3D way… but I guess I still need more practice.
Today is a rainy day. Sleepy mood. Cooking porridge for my wife. haha.
