My dNano

Those little RC cars really got me addicted. This time, I bought a dNano, a 1/43 RC car, which is smaller than mini-z. Beside doing some of my programming stuffs, I have been reading and studying about mini-z. I also got a chance to go to one of the mini-z track in Hong Kong. Of course, my skill could not compare to those racers (I was like driving a bumper car *^_^*; ) and thank you to one of them who has taught me a lot of what I should modify my mini-z in order to control it better on their track. After playing on the real track, I realized I really need to do some engineering study for car, such as toe-in, camber angle, ball diff. etc. (before I only knew I have to buy them, but no idea why I need them *-_-*;) It is a really amazing small toy…

Kyosho MR-03 – Newbie Report

Yesterday I went to Monkok with my friends who visiting from US, and saw some really cool RC kits while we walking by the “Model Street” (The street that selling many model toys). Those little things were just too attractive, and end up I have spent about $2k(HKD) to purchase a set of them(Mr-03 Chassis set, R/C Transmitter, a auto scale collection body). Even though I am a newbie to this, I thought that would be just another “toy” since I had experience how to assemble some 1/10 R/C car before when I was kids(!). Also, I assumed it did not require assembly much and all I had to do was to put the wheel and body on it.
