Yea, been geek for awhile. Yesterday picked up my camera and took picture for Ellen’s Ballet show.
First year for her, it was a very funny show. Sure she is still a baby girl. Look at her tissue on her hand. 🙂

Nodejs, Backbonejs,Mongodb…
I am kinda of outdated, but what I have been reading last couple weeks are all related to NodeJS. Yea, it probably been on the industry for many years, but I actually just started playing with it, but I think it is really impressive.
Yea, feel like now I can just do everything with Javascript to write a Web App. Thats pretty amazing, probably can reduce the learning curve a lot. PHP, Python.. yea I know all of those, but mostly I used on Server side Stuff, and then on Client Side I need to use Javascript.
BackboneJS also a very nice framework for MVC.
oh yea, with framework such as Phonegap, you can even write mobile app with JS and work as native app.
Seem everything merging to JS… No wonder it becoming the most popular language…
OSX Server Fixed
After my different attempted, finally fixed it. Seem like the problem was security keys problem that when the serveradmin starting. Just dragging the server app to trash could not resolve that because seem there is some key setting that on the computer that I am not aware of. Lucky that I found someone suggested using AppCleaner to uninstall the server. It is good that found all related file and let me delete them without me searching any. And yea, after I reinstalled the server, it can run again.
Mac OSX Lion server
Oh man. My OSX lion server just die and kept asking to configuring services. WTF the problem it is. My HD start making noise again… not even a year.. is it gonna die?
One command I tried from here https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4547161?start=0&tstart=0
sudo slapconfig -destroyldapserver diradmin
but still, now finished installing and it said new server has been configured successfully.. but it just not letting me in.. WTF
